La Polvere di cacao è comunemente utilizzata nella preparazione di creme e surrogati ma anche nei preparati per gelati, nei budini, nei biscotti e (forse veramente in pochi lo sanno) anche nelle sigarette.


Trattiamo Polvere di Cacao:

• Magra e Grassa (10/12 % - 20/22 % - 22/24 %).
• Naturale o Potassata, di produzione europea (Olanda, Germania) o prodotta alle origini.
• Polveri Rosse o Polveri Marroni
