La Polvere di cacao è comunemente utilizzata nella preparazione di creme e surrogati ma anche nei preparati per gelati, nei budini, nei biscotti e (forse veramente in pochi lo sanno) anche nelle sigarette.
Trattiamo Polvere di Cacao:
- Magra e Grassa (10/12 % - 20/22 % - 22/24 %).
- Naturale o Potassata, di produzione europea (Olanda, Germania) o prodotta alle origini.
- Polveri Rosse o Polveri Marroni
- Biologica – Fairtrade – Rainforest Alliance - UTZ - Kosher.
- In sacchi da 25 kg, in sacchetti da 5 kg, in buste da 250 g, in Big Bags od in Bulk.
